Refund policy
This policy supports payment gateway compliance and sets expectations for digital goods.
Digital delivery
After successful payment, you receive access to download the PDF. Because the product is digital and instantly consumable, all sales are generally final once the download is delivered or the download link is issued.
When we may refund
- Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same order, we will investigate and refund duplicates.
- Technical failure: if payment succeeds but you cannot download due to a fault on our side, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID; once verified, we will restore access or refund at our discretion.
- Charge without access: if Razorpay shows a captured payment but our system has no matching paid order, we will reconcile and either fulfill or refund after verification.
Non-refundable cases
- Change of mind after download or after the token was issued.
- Issues caused by incorrect email/phone, device storage limits, or third-party network blocks.
- Expectations about rankings or business outcomes (educational product).
How to request help
Email/message using the business details shown in the site footer and include: name, phone, payment ID, and screenshots if applicable. We typically respond within 2–5 business days.
Payment provider disputes
Razorpay may have additional dispute rules; cooperating with their process may be required to complete a refund.
